Orange County European Auto Service

I had been looking for a shop where I could service my 2014 Mercedes C250 economically as I am pragmatic about spending thousands on a car only worth $5k or so. Forget the dealer and another independent shop I tried was hardly better. Then I found OC European. Upfront, fair pricing on what each service would cost, and will tell you what is truly necessary vs. what can wait. Couldn’t be happier with the experience.

OC European is amazing! I needed my Mercedes GLC battery replaced. Christian was very responsive and provided a quote in advance, which was much lower than the dealership’s quote. I was able to bring my car in the next day. The guy at the front desk was very friendly and already knew I was bringing the car in. So great internal communication. It only took 1.5 hrs to complete the job. Highly recommend taking European cars here over the dealership.

Amazing service from the nicest of guys! Christian took care of my Mercedes with zero issues and did it all quickly for a very fair price. It’s rare to know you can trust them fully after only one visit. I plan on bringing all my family’s cars there for the foreseeable future. Can’t recommend enough!

These guys are in it for the love of the game. First thing I appreciated was the upfront out the door estimates. The quote I was given for the repair was the price I was charged. No hidden fees. I brought my GTI in due to no start. They pretty quickly diagnosed it as a timing chain, and shortly after starting repairs discovered more damage that required a rework on a portion of the engine by another shop. They coordinated well with the other shop and provided a quick turn around for the amount of labor required. Meanwhile keeping me in the loop. Christian spent time with me discussing the repair, options, estimates ect as well as experience with previous repairs. Great communication, and they definitely went above and beyond making sure this vehicle was given back to me in a state where I'm confident we shouldn't see issues beyond scheduled maintenance and natural wear of the vehicle.

I’ve been servicing my Mercedes-AMG GLE 63 S with Orange County European Auto Service for the past two years, and the consistency in quality and professionalism has been exceptional. Recently, I got a dashboard alert related to engine coolant and reached out. Despite what was clearly a very busy schedule, the team made time to assess the issue, resolved it promptly, and had the vehicle back to me the same day. What stood out even more was the integrity, there was no unnecessary upselling, and no charge for what turned out to be a minor fix. In an industry where trust is everything, this level of transparency, efficiency, and customer-first mindset is rare. They understand long-term relationships, not just transactions. Highly recommended, without reservation.
